Andrew Gender Male Species Human Andrew Mulligan is a main character in Little Bill. Description Andrew is a five-year-old with red hair and freckles. When Andrew's family moved two doors down from Little Bill, they became fast friends. Andrew is as good at playing make-believe as Little Bill, and both boys share a love of adventure and Captain Brainstorm. Andrew has two older cousins, Rachel and Kevin, who sometimes visit and play with Little Bill, Bobby and April. He also has a big, fluffy, lovable dog named Farfy. Looks Andrew has fair skin, red hair, blue eyes and many freckles. He normally wears a gray shirt with a vertical green stripe on it. His pants are blue and his shoes are white and brown. Appearances Andrew appears in many episodes of Little Bill. He debuted in "The Campout" and was last seen in "When Friends Get Mad." Trivia Zach Tyler Eisen lent his voice to Pablo on The Backyardigans.
