The series focuses on the six guppies (Molly, Gil, Goby, Deema, Oona and Nonny), their teacher Mr. Grouper, their pet Bubble Puppy and their guides, the Little Fish. Episodes
Four seasons of the series were produced. In March 2019, it was announced the show will have a 5th season after a 3 year hiatus. One of the episodes is revealed to be “Movie Night!”. Also, Molly’s new voice actor made a livestream saying Bubble Guppies season 5 will premiere in September 2019.
