Cappelli and Company was a children's television show that was created by children's song writer, Frank Cappelli. The show aired on Nick Jr, during the children's block days, between April 5, 1993 and June 10, 1994.

The show featured musical segments, montages, in studio sing-alongs with an audience of kids, and a variety of human interest pieces. Cappelli would usually play a role in most musical segments, which were taped in locations away from the show's main set. The human interest segments were much like the "Picture Picture" segments in Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, and featured a look inside different places, such as a candy factory, and showed how things were made.
