Mr. Cook speaks in the third person (referring to himself as "Mr. Cook") and is Riff's favorite person to fool. It is revealed that he is the uncle of Poco due to being the latter's mother's brother. Looks Mr. Cook has light green skin. He wears red-rimmed, circular glasses and a chef's outfit. He has a growth mustache. Appearances Mr. Cook appears in many episodes of Allegra's Window. He introduced in "My First Day at Daycare" and was last seen in "Mr. Cook's Christmas."
