He is absent in one episode ("Chichen-Itza Pizza"), making him the character with the second-most appearances (after Uniqua, who appears in every episode). Description Pablo is an energetic, enthusiastic, and excitable penguin. He thinks, speaks, acts, and reacts quickly. But because he's wrapped just a little too tight, sometimes his excitement can overwhelm him - making him the character most likely to run in a circle flapping his flippers and squawking. He may not be the most agile or graceful of his friends, but he's probably the most determined and enthusiastic. Looks Pablo is mostly a dark blue color. His beak and the front of his body are light-yellow. His eyes are white with black pupils. Pablo wears a blue bow tie and a blue-and-yellow beanie hat with a red propeller. Appearances Pablo appears in most episodes of The Backyardigans. He debuted in "Pirate Treasure", and was last seen in "The Tale of the Not-So-Nice Dragon."
